I had ordered a girth cover from Country & Stable and they had taken the money from my account, saying that the order was getting ready to ship. Then, I get an email saying that the order is on backorder! I call and customer service in the United States was helpful. However, I canceled the order and have yet to receive a cancellation email and it takes 3-5 days for them to refund me for something they never had. Very disappointed.

I ordered a fly mask from this company. This is the first time I have ever shopped with them and was happy to find the product I wanted was in stock in the size I needed, or so they claimed.I placed my order and the money was taken from my account. 2-3 days was the estimated delivery time by standard delivery. my order didn't arrive and I was sent a email 4 days later to tell me the product I ordered was out of stock and I was offered alternative choices..both of which were not suitable. After reading a few reviews it seems I'm not the only one who has had this issue. I have recieved a refund and lady on the phone said they had a new website and are working hard to fix the issue. This is clearly not true because the bad reviews are from before Christmas. I wouldn't waste your time using a company that lies about the stock they have.

Ordered a rug on the internet for Christmas, had a call the next day to say unfortunately it was labelled up wrong. Really helpful staff got a different rug in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service, can't fault them. I will definitely be ordering from them again, or visiting the shop. Thank you
